I had my tongue pierced yesterday (no lectures, comments about that thanks, I'm 30 and know my own mind!!) The piercist told me to come back in 3 weeks to have the long "beginner bar" changed for a shorter bar. Will I be able to change my bar when I like after those 3 weeks, or is there an additional amount of time after that I need to wait? Also, how do you know which length and gauge bar you will need? I know I can ask my piercist all this in 3 weeks but I am very impatient lol!

I want a tat of a celtic knot, and in the middle it would tie into a sun design. i want my hair cut into a bob. i have long hair right now so its a drastic change. i want to go to a really good, young salon to get it done. I work at a hairdressers on saturdays and i don't want to get it done in there because its usually old people that get their hair done in there. on the other hand i don't want to walk in with a hair cut and them thinking that i didn't want it done there. what can i use as an excuse to tell them why i went else where. ? don't want to offend them if they think i don't like what they do even though they do i'm just not sure the lady has cut a lot of bobs.

Really feel like getting it done, would just like to know does it hurt more than hip surface or around about the same? because i didn't think hip hurt at all. mainly because i had lots of numbing spray but still :) thanks guys x

I have a PAW1500 Casio Pathfinder watch and am still using the resin watchband that it came with. I'd like to get a wider band have it be velcro since I wear it over gloves at work. Anyone know of some band that would do the trick?

Hey, i have just had my hair cut and i really like the style but it is a bit short. My hair grows really slowly and i would like to be able to have it cut differently (so it looks good longer) but i don't want to use any fancy shampoos. Does anyone know any natural remedies? thank you xx

Do you think size really matters ? and why

At the weekend I decided to buy some expensive foundation, hoping to get something worth the money. It was a decision between Christian Dior Extreme Wear Flawless Foundation and Estee Lauder's Double Wear. Silly me bought the Christian Dior and I'm not satisfied with it seeing as it cost ?24 and isn't up to the price. If I was to take it back to the counter at boots and complain that it wasn't what it made out and that I was unsatisfied would I be able to get my money back? Also, what foundation would you recommend? Or will I be dissapointed with Estee Lauder if I buy it?
