When I was little, I would wear shirts in the sun CONSTANTLY. Because of this, only my forearm has freckles on it (A LOT) and the rest of arm is freckle-free. Instead of trying to get more freckles to even it out, is there a way to get rid of the ones I already have?

Ok my hair is coming out everywhere, mostly when im taking a shower. I know that its more than what it use to be I can literally put my fingers through my hair and a lot comes out, and I noticed that my hair looks thinner than before but not exactly bald spots. And I'm pretty sure its do to stress with three kids ages 1, 2, 3 but my question is how do I stop it, is there really a shampoo that will help, or should I try that rogain for women. Im so scared of going bald its driving me crazy. Please and thank you.
