I'm starting school soon and need a cute, but hot new eyeshadow look. I kinda want to look natural, but at the same time have people notice I'm wearing makeup. What should I do?

okay so here's the dilemma - i have naturally reddish brown hair..(think a bronzed brown, not a true redhead..) and i am not a big fan of red tones, so i usually dye my hair a dark ash brown which looks good with my brown eyes and tanned complexion. The problem is, I keep my hair fairly short because I like looking clean-cut, so when i get it cut and dye it, i have noticeable roots by the 2nd week which is very irritating, not to mention gets expensive. is there anyway i can avoid this, or even maybe lengthen the time before i get noticeable roots? I got my lip pierced june 10th so it's been a month and I wanna change the stud. I got a diamond stud that is 16g and I got a horseshoe ring that's 18g. I don't know what guage I got it pierced with. I wanna put in the horseshoe ring but is it ok to put in an 18g???? (the 18g looks small) and is a 16g ok too? thanks : ) ♥

It supposedly helps thin/fine hair volumized and really clean your hair from all the stuff you put in it (hair spray, gel, etc.). I give it a 4.5 for cleaning out the 'bad' stuff but i don't know about the volumized part. Am i using it wrong? Does the Veagan conditionaer help? Cause my hair doesn't feel soft after rinsing it out it feels blahhh. I don't using much because it lathers up quick. I usually go around my crown area and bangs area of my head because that's where it gets oily. I usually condition my tips with garnier because their damaged. Any tips? Am i using it wrong? How do I get volumized hair without teasing?
