Ok so im going to get my eyebrows waxed for the very first time this saturday. But my question is.. If i wax them,do i have to wax them every month? Or can i just pluck the hairs that are growing out?? im new to dis so donttt b mean lol. btw im 13 wit very bushy eyebrows!!!

Do u think its ok if i put alittle bit of stila smudge pot in black on my waterline? because i wanna start some make up now.. but i dont like heavy make up anyways. do u think its ok? oh and i'm also a beginner with make up, i'm planning to buy maybelline mineral powder but anyways i've tried to put black pencil eyeliner on.. and it seems so weird because i've got thick eyelash and it's really hard to put on so i give on with my upper lash.. any tips for my upperlash with gel liner?
