which do you prefer in a girl?

i have really thick curly wavy poofy asain hair. itslike the biggest thing youve ever seen. i do use a straight iron but its like a cheap $20 one. and it doesnt really hold and my hair becomes extremely frizzy afterwards. also the tips usually end out really wavy. how do you do it or think i should do it? thanks. :)

Hello! so my mom has been cutting my hair (shes not bad at it - but a girl sometimes wants to have the salon expierince:) and i want to go to a hairstylist to dye and cut my hair in a month or so - im talking about a big hair change though :P so how do i find a stylist? im pretty sure no one in my family has anyone they go to, so do i go to a larger company and ask? any suggestions on how to go about finding a hair stylist? if it helps i live in NC ^.^
