So a couple years ago I saw something about how shoes weaken our feet, and we should be wearing shoes with less padding, and thinner soles. There are running shoes without all that cushioning and stuff. Does anyone know what they're called?

I am getting my first industrial piercing this month. I really really want one, but I know my anxiety is going to be an issue! I'm going to be too scared and back out of it! I'll probably throw up or have diarrhea!! I freaking hate my anxiety!! What can I do to prepare my self?? I know it's going to hurt.. I know.. I get blood drawn once a week because of my condition. I'm not afraid of needles. I'm thinking the pain is going to be so horrible I'll die. That's what goes on in my head! What can I do to stop this thinking or feelings of anxiety!!??

ok so i went to sleep on the couch and woke up with 4 pimples on the side of my face. i usually use a system like proactive but its called something diff so its like a scrub then toner then a cream. should i just keep using that or should i use an achool pad?

My daughter is mixed. (White/African Amercian) I had her hair relaxed a week ago to help calm down the curel. It is so much easier to manage and she doesnt cry anymore. BUT.. Her hair was and is still so dry. The JC Penney stylist straightened her hair and it lasted 1 week with no frizz. I wash it, put all this product from the salon in it and I straightened it, and it is straight, but frizzing out half way through the day. I need to know what to put in her hair to help keep the frizz away. I use paul mitchel moose to help keep it no frizzy when it is curley and that works. What do I use to help keep her hair frizz free while it is straightened? Thank you so much for all your help!

I used to have really long hair when i was young but then chopped it off in the 8th grade and now i cant seem to grow it past my shoulder blades. Any suggestions or ideas???

I'm starting college tomorrow and am sick of wearing trackies and shorts every day like I have done all summer. I really want a new look for first day, but not to have to buy anything new. I want to stand out. Is there anything I can do to my outfits to make them look new and cool? I have two basic vests, skinny jeans, loads of shorts, shirts and a few drapy tops and a pair of leggings. I need help! Fashion crisis!!!!
