I want to put highlights in my hair. How do I do that? Thanks!

i have tried, and failed. everyday i see pretty girls with stunning make-up on for hours and hours. i know they don't use primers, so how do they keep them looking like that all day? and how do you apply foundation properly. 1. how to keep foundation on without a primer? 2. how to apply foundation properly with a foundation brush or finger tips. 3. how many layers should i wear? i wear round about 4 but it all rubbs off to easily.

i dyed my hair black..my hair is naturally dark but i dyed it before with lighter ones...then i dyed it black...now i want to get a loghter color like dark blonde or golden brown...but when i went to a salon they said they cant do it..because even though they will bleach it my hair color will just be spotty...how about highlights? is there any hope?

I recently had my hair died black and the first time I washed it loads of the colour came out and I was just wondering how I can keep it for longer.

I'm a guy btw lol. I just want it cut, but i dont know how. My hairs fairly long. My fringe comes down to the tip of my nose and the rest of my hair is about 2/3 inches long. It doesnt cover my ears. I want something short, something i can style with product. I dunno haa. any suggestions. Pics maybe?

I know its weird that I want to get rid of a very small facial moles which sits in my "smile line". But I have a lot of self esteem issues that I am working on but I do have hang ups about my skin. It is slightly raised and brown against my very pale skin which is another reason I dislike it. I would like to know if mole removal is an option for me and if so, what types of removal are there and what one is best for my situation. Please, no answers about me being silly and moles are nice, I've heard it before but I want to be happier in myself and I know that this will help. Thanks

I bought my boyfriend a gold rope chain for his bday, it's 20 inch long. He is about 5'9" and proli weighs about 170lbs. Do you think this chain is going to be long enough?
