Now this is probably one of the most stupid questions of all time but guys...what is the cause of balding? Stress? Pressure? anything?

hi,i really want to color my hair one solid ash blonde color.my roots r black, the rest is brown with blonde highlights. is there ANY way i can do it at home? i know its best to get it done professionaly, but if there is anyway i can do it at home myself,it would be great..thanks:)

So I went to cut my hair today but I am not sure if I should cut it shorter. I want to gauge my ears, and I think the size of a pencil would be good for me. I don't want to go any bigger than that for a while, to see how it looks on me. But I think that any bigger than the diameter of a pencil would be too big for me. Any other tips on ear stretching is appreciated!
