I was wondering how i make my eyes look bigger without using white eyeliner, because that would look so weird on my skin tone. is there a substitute for that? should i use like a brown eyeliner since white people use a white eyeliner? Also, can i ever wear black eyeliner on the bottom crease without making them look smaller, because i really like to wear it. lastly, if you're going to suggest specific products can you list the best prices and stores cause i'm sort of new to this whole makeup thing.

ok so im pretty tanned cause im european and my face is less tanned from my body. so whats an easy way to make it tan more? should i put tanning oil on it or will it make it get pimples i have pretty clear skin and rarely get pimples maybe 1 every 6 months. So if i use tanning oil would it make it more pimplier or could i just use suncream? thanks so so so much :)
