i hate how short my hair is. it's a little bit below my shoulders, if that. and when i was in sixth grade it was below my boobs, until i got my hair done. and i only told the people to cut my ends, and they cut alot off! they said when they did that, it will grow faster. and that was a year ago. and its still at the same length? i straighten my hair almost everyday...cause i hate how it looks curly. i take care of it, and all. what should i do!?!!?!? does cutting your ends actually make it grow faster? should i just wear my hair curly? please help ):

My hair never curls the same way twice and I don't have time to straighten it every day. Girls i need ur opinion!....I love dancing and love going to the club! I always go there to dance, not just to chill with people like some people do. I also love to dress up and get my cutest club outfit on, which would normally look best with heels but dancing in heels for hours sucks! so lately I have been wearing flip flops but they just look so ordinary with my club outfits. Im just wondering what other people perfer, whether its heels, flip flops, boots, tennis shoes, or any other ideas! I have always loved style and looking good and im great at matching and putting together the perfect outfits but I fail when it comes to shoes, I never know which ones to choose. please help! I have a yellow t-shirt (and black cami) I am supposed to wear in a parade. The front and sleeves are decorated, so those areas are off limits. But, I'd like to do something with the neck area and back area. Ideas? Links?

I am in my twenties and have hair loss problem. My scalp tends to get oily fast (it's my genes). I noticed the hair that fell off usually has a clump of oil/dead skin(?) attached to it at its root. I think I produced too much oil and it clogged the follicle, blocking the nutrients and making the hair weak. Sometimes when I am hormonal I even have pimples on my scalp. How can I keep my scalp healthy? P.S. I wash hair everyday and shampoo my hair every 2 days.
