What is the best way to find the correct shade of makeup? I have very fair skin, but the lightest shades make me too pale and the two below it never seem quit right.

so i have dirty blonde hair it's a Tiny bit above my shoulders it tends to get greasy if i don't wash it everyday and ive only started washing it everyday and the only difference its made is that its not greasy anymore it puffs out at the ends and is kinda a triangle shape if you get what i mean i really don't want to straighten it every day as i have no time in the morning AT ALL!AND I WONT GET UP EARLIER COZ I KNOW I WONT BE ABLE! i use mouse gel and hairspray and no difference i don't wanna blow-dry it before bed as it takes too long and it is the exact same if i just let it air-dry for school i normally wear it in a ponytail which gives my hair an annoying kink but its te only way my hair looks normal ive tried: putting my hair in a bun when its wet putting it in pigtails when wet is there any way at all to: stop my hair from creating kinks? let it air-dry straighter? get easy , quick and simple hairstyles for school that wont kink up my hair? thank you for reading and please answer below!llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv THANK YOU!:)XXXX

Well I got a lip retainer today, the O-ring style. I was wondering if that was the best, or if I'm better getting a push-fit or screw-on clear ball kind? Cause the O-ring was all the shop had (so I'd need to shop online) but it seems to pop off a lot when I'm talking/eating, and I've only had it in for an hour so far!
