Okay, so whenever I put eyeliner on my water line, a few like mins later or whatever like it gets all clumpy and wet u kno? It doesnt run down my face, but its annoying. So my question is, how to put eyeliner on my water line without it like clumping/getting wet.... lol. weird phrasing.......................... but yeah. HALP ME

I have short length eyebrows that are light colored. and it bothers me, it makes my face look a bit fatter than it is! I want thined long eyebrows like this: http://www.black-women-beauty-central.com/image-files/eyebrow-after.jpg but not too thin like in the picture. I want them to make me look pretty! and I just need to know how I can get them to grow out, also i accidently shaved part of my eyebrow so THAT doesn't help.

good because i am 1/3 part cuban (a.k.a tan}... and i cant decide if i want pale or tan skin, tan is good looking but, it reminds me of cigarettes [cance] and death [tan skin is just dead skin cells] and pale skin is very hard to maintain, but i could just use that colour enhancing lotion and my skin wouldnt be dead i dont think... anywho, i have blonde hair and it doesnt look good shoud i get black hair? does it look good? please answer

I work at a law firm and am currently in need of a winter coat. I am looking for a well designed, thin coat that still keeps me warm. Going into court I don't want to look like i'm smuggling marshmallows and I need something I can take off once i'm inside that won't be a hassle to carry. But since our office is about 4 blocks from the courts, I also need something warm! Anybody know any quality coat sites/stores that design nice looking, conservative, well-made coats? Everything I'm finding is either too puffy or too thin so I freeze. I KNOW a well made coat can be thin and still keep you warm. I just need to know who makes them. ty i was thinking maybe like a military/police issue coat or something like that. lapolicegear.com has alot of well-made stuff but still not what I need in a coat.

My hair is thick and extremely frizzy. A little while after I get out of the shower, when it's almost dry, I have beautiful curls, though my hair is really frizzy. However, the next day all I have is straight FRIZZY hair. How can I get my hair to curl without being frizzy? Also, how should I style my hair? I have a heart shaped face.

Right now I'm using Veet Removal Cream (like Neir in the US) but it stinks, is expensive and takes a long time to put on. Can you suggest a way or product to remove my leg and armpit hair that preferibly inst shaving? i've heard of waxing but is there anything else? all suggestions are welcome :)
