I really need an eyeliner that won't smuge off. Im using a waterproof maybelline one rite now but even that smuges.

i have really curly hair and i cant manage it, so what i do is straighten my hair. i know thats not a great solution but ive been straightening my hair much more. its been a month and i keep straightening my hair because every time i come out of the shower my hair is curly but SUPER frizzy so i just keep straightening it. now my hair is completely damaged! my hair smells like it burns and its just horrible! what can i do to make it healthy again? is there any products i could use? i need help!

When I go to the salon, I only blow dry my roots. Is that basically blowing out my whole hair or is that better? I do not blow out my ends just my roots. My hair is relaxed btw

to let me get my nose pierced, i had asked them about getting my septum pierced but i realized they will never let me get that soo i decided i want my nose pierced nd when i asked my mom said yea as long as my dad says yea nd my dad said no that he doesn't want my face to have scars, :(
how can i convince him please give me good ways i can :}

I'm 18 and male. My waist measurement is about 32 inches (or about 84cm). According to charts this equals the M-medium size. It's true that my current S-small size underwear is probably a little too tight because it causes marks where it has been worn but I don't want to buy the M size and wear loose underwear, because I wear briefs and like things to be completely fitting. And there are briefs with lycra and nylon, if I bought these at S size would they fit comfortably or still be tight? :P
