im going to start buying make-up and I want to be careful on what I put on my face. thanks everyone!!! and please no joking.

Whats the difference between NW and NC?? i have the minerlized skin finish natural in the shade medium, but i have foudation in the colour ivory (just drugstore), as im not that pale, but not that beige/tan. and im not sure what shade i am in the NW or NC... iv looked on the website and id say im NC/NW (which wherever that means) 15 or 20. Im mainly want to use concealer for my under eyes, so im not looking for foundation. And dont you normally go for a lighter colour under your eyes? any help or advice would be much appreciated!!! (i would go into mac but i dont have one near where i am) thanks xo

My grandmother has the habit of buying me makeup for every gift giving occasion. The thing is that she gives me colors that don't look good with my skin and I don't wear. I still keep everything because I feel bad throwing it away. What should I do with it?

I'm dieting and when I reach my first little stepping stone goal, I'm rewarding myself with a set of nails. I have a few questions about gel nails. I know they're a little more pricey so I want to make sure it's worth the extra price to me. 1. does acetone take off the gel nails? like could I paint the gel nails any color I want and use nail polish remover o take off the color so I could paint them a new color, or would it melt the nail? 2. can I get pink and whites? like is the gel is actually white colored so the white doesn't chip like it does when it's painted with polish? 3. if nail polish remover is safe to use on gel nails, will whatever color I use come off or will the gel nail absorb the color so it's stained even after I remove the new color... basically if I get pink and white gel nails can I paint my nails purple or something, then take off the purple and have it still look like a french manicure?

I'm starting P.E. this semester, I put on foundation, eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow..will it stay on after the running and games we do? I have it first hour. Thanks:)
