ok i know this is a gay question...but im somewhat popular in my school and have experience With girls but in the winter my lips get really chapped and dry which means i'm not a good kisser cause it hurts to kiss...something to help them? something not too fruity?

I want to know as many make-up tips as I can I'm new to using make-up. I want to the store today and bought: boots stay perfect foundation An eyelash curler the pink tube of maybellene and green eyes mascara plus eyeliner. I cannot afford really anything else. So I was wondering what i can do to keep my face moisturized and keep my make-up on all day. I used a cucumber to for my eyes and clearisil to keep my skin clear. and Any other tips you may have! thanks for the help(:

I am a 20 year old guy. In a dumb move, I used scissors on my arm hair (some part of it) with the result that they are growing back longer, darker and are no more 'uniform' (as in, they are growing haphazardly in all directions). I am now planning to get rid of my arm hair once so that it grows back more uniform. Is it a good idea? If yes, which is the best option- hair removal cream or waxing? And what will be the repercussions? Will the hair grow back longer or denser? And I hope I won't have to repeat this procedure regularly. I just want to do it once.

Does Rogaine help grow your hair longer or thicker ? I really wanna grow out my hair longer since it's already pretty thick. If Rogaine doesn't help, what else can I do ! I want my hair at least 3 inches longer in about a month.

I have a medium sized nose but really tiny nostrils. When I smile they almost disappear completely, and make my nose look really strange. Is there any way to make my nostrils match the size of my nose?
