ok, so i did a skin test just how the product showed me to do it. (place a bit of it behind your neck) I used Garnier belle colour and when i first put it on about 2 hours ago it was fine, it didn't burn or itch or anything but just now i looked in the mirror and its gone a slight red colour, it doesn't itch or burn i cant actually feel it? Does this mean it's not safe to use or is it just gone that colour because i put it behind my ear and not actually on my hair and my hairs covering it? Help please.

I have extremely thick hair and I'm only 15. My hairdresser told me the fact that I used pantene somewhat suffocated my hair because of wax and that could be why it falls out. I'm talking lots of hair. Is it because of my shampoo? Or should I be worried?
