What is a GOOD non-comedogenic / oil-free foundation and concealer?

I consider myself to be an attractive person. People have told me I should be a model, and I went to modeling school (which did not work out). I've even been pulled aside by modeling agency representatives at my local mall and they have asked me if I'm interested in modeling. That aside, I'm not a photogenic person at all! When I see myself in pictures I think I look hideous! However, when I see myself in the mirror, I think I'm attractive. My questions are, who's lying here- the camera or the mirror? Also, is it possible to be attractive and beautiful but not photogenic?

I have oily, sensitive, acne prone skin.. will cetaphil make my skin more oily? I cleanse with cetaphils normal to oily skin cleanser.. but I need a good fragrance free, oily free, non pore clogging moisturizer that wont dry my face out (its sensitive). Know any? What about toners?

Are they around the same price as Urban Decay palettes? And do they have a shimmery palette?

Is it inappropriate for a 13 year old to start wearing makeup. I will be 14 in about 2 months. What brand of mascara do you like? I want long lashes and a bit of volume. Not too expensive. Thanks. Oh, and is there some type of oil to take of makeup when I'm about to go to sleep or something? Almost forgot, and what kind of moisturizer/cream do ou find helpful? Lipgloss?
