How do you promote faster, quicker hair growth?

I've often been unable to determine my hair color after dyeing from kits.. I mean, under different lighting or the lack of it, it can appear very different. So, is hair color best determined under direct light or not? And if so, incandescent or fluorescent light?

I would love to be A model but i'm probally too big? I'm 15 years old. i weigh 145lbs and i'm 6'1 so i have the height for it and everyone keeps telling me to go for it. Im a male,16! i dont know anything bout facial care! ive herd of toner and a facial cleanser, i thought they were the same! I only have pimples around my nose and above my chin/ below my bottom lip! most of them are blackheads but the others ones can get really big! i have no idea how to care for this stuff! i live in Melb, AUS, so if you can recommend some products to buy, also like a step by step thingy of what to do thanks

hi people, im really hoping for some help here. i was at the beach yesterday and although i was wearing sunscreen, i didnt re-apply as often as i should have after being in the sea, and got a little burnt. the burn is not severe, but my arm\s and legs just look red and i am going out to a club tonight with friends and am unsure what to wear, or what i can to to tone down the redness....?? any help or suggestions would be perfect (i am a 25 year old blonde female, and am going to a club for a friends birthday, so want to know what colours or clothes would be best to wear) thank you all in advance :) x
