I've had my nipples pierced for about 3 months now & haven't had any problems but today I noticed a red bump that's almost inside my nipple. I squeezed it and blood came out so I cleaned it with antibacterial soap. It was a little painful when I squeezed it... Is it infected? How can I treat it?

I am Seventeen years old and i weigh 223lbs. I just joined a gym and have already lost 17lbs. But my one problem is that i have stretch marks EVERYWHERE! The ones that bother me the most are my stomach, arms and legs. I have been doing some research as to fade them so i can wear a bikini for the first time ever in my life next summer after i lose weight. Revitol Stretch mark cream seems to be the best out there. But I'm still a little iffy. Anyone who has used it, please tell me the honest truth, is it worth buying? does it work at all? I know its impossible to remove them totally without surgery. But i just want to fade them. Please answer ASAP. THANKS :)
