I know, common sense but I'm just wondering if this is what I think it is. You try out a foundation and the foundation breaks you out terribly, is that just super sensitive skin or acne prone skin? Thanks. :] I hope I'm not sounding THAT stupid too, rules are meant to be broken and I'm just confused, lol.

my hair is somewhat past my shoulders and it is very heavy. I've tried every type of way to curl it, and nothing works. The only that does work are the hot rollers, but the ones i have don't stay in my head, and they don't curl my hair, ever. What can i do to make my hair just curl, any type of way. like what should I be using, where can i find them, and i do i use it. ( my profile pic is what my hair looks like.)

We just had a snow day this wednesday (uniform day) and I don't know if i'm supposed to wear it today?!?!?! Usually if a student misses a uniform day (for being sick, etc) we have to wear it the next day.
