I'm 13 and I'm planning to wear a big Michael Jackson shirt and tuck it into a red skirt and wear white plimsolls. I'm planning the party for my mom, so I have to dress decently. What should I change? Should I tuck the shirt in or out and should I change my shoes? Thanks in advance! :)

My friends 16th birthday is coming up really soon and she is having a frats and sororities themed party. She has given us all a stereotype to come dressed as and I have been asked to come as the "Drama Queen". She said that I could dress like Sharpay Evans from High School Musical, but I still have no ideas what to wear. If people could make suggestions it would be appreciated. Photos would be very helpful too. Thanks heaps
