I'm 13 and I started wearing make up a couple of months ago. I'm from Ireland and I started off wearing Natural Collection products, because they were inexpensive, but I ended up getting really dry skin after using the foundation. So, does anybody know an inexpensive brand, which is still good quality that is suitable for a 13 year old?

my hair is to my shoulders, but i want it to grow more. could i use that hair growth cream on commercials?

Basically i have thick dark brown hair and would like Justin bieber length hair and possibly his hairstyle, or i would like Peter Beales out of eastenders. Would i be able to with thick hair?

Okay, I was just wanting a bit of help on the prom dress front. I was just wanting some pictures to help me decide. I DON'T want a big ugly puffy conventional American prom dress, purely because they are rancid. I have a very petite frame so I was thinking perhaps a dress with an empire waist and thin flowy material. Like a cute pixie dress - do you know what I mean? In a nice subtle colour not bright. Perhaps dark green, dark red or purple, black or cream. I just want opinions on this and maybe pics or if this doesn't sounds nice to you show me some other suggestions. x
