I got my septum pierced on the 10th, and my septum piercing keeps rising up. I am pretty sure the piercing is a tiny bit crooked. The right side appears to be a little lower than the left. Could this be contributing to the rising? And also, is there a way to 'train' a crooked piercing to be straight?

First I Would like to know what is better, a barbell or ring? Like which one is less likely to get infected? I would also Like to know about how bad it will hurt, I Would say I'm pretty good when It comes to pain, I've pierced my ears myself about 6 times, I know It will hurt worse then my ears but about how bad?
