So, this may or may not sound totally dumb, but i got my hair layered like 2 months ago and i love it. And i'm going to go get my hair trimmed and colored today. I just wanted to know if i could ask them to cut another layer, cause my shortest layer is too long...So can i ask them to do another layer on the top, just one? (: haha, thankss.

I'm trying to grow my hair out like Ashton Kutcher's length of hair, and I have never had my hair that long before. And my hair is starting to do weird things, like it will be really thick in some places, or stick out in places. Do I need to trim some parts of my hair to shape it? Or do I just keep growing it out without trimming and shaping my hair?
