I want to dye my hair black but I can't afford to keep going to a salon. Should I try buying hair dye at the store? Ok, but are there any HELPFUL answers out there?

I already have short hair but its more of the Rihanna style and its so low maintenance. I just flat iron the top long bang part and brush down the back. Lately I've been thinking about going shorter like Malinda Williams. Is this extemely high maintenance? I mean I know I'll have to go to the salon or barber and get it trimmed up often but does it take 3945495849 hours to get it looking nice in the mornings? I wont wear it spiked or curly everyday. I'll let it lay flat every once in awhile.

i color my hair at least thre or four times a month...different colors...bleaching and dying...and everyone i kno say im not afraid to take risks ...and then they tell me " your hair gooing to fall out pretty soon" will it??

(Japenese) Straightning perm? How long do they last, i HEARD 4-6 WEEKS, AND i HEARD 8 MONTHS? i heard that some damage your hair, and some dont? I'mm 11 can I get one? I have REALLY thick, curly, frizzy hair? Even if I straighten it, with a straightning iron, that says your hair wont ffrizz, it still does. Would it just ruin my hair, or would it finnaly help? I just got out for summer vacay, should I wait till school starts, or get it now???? Please help?

I'm going on holiday at the end of September this year, but unfortunatly I have pale skin and dont really want to turn up looking like a milk bottle. I have never been on a sunbed before so not to sure weather this would give me a base tan if I started using them now before I go away and if I should use any lotions. If anyone could help with any advice with what lotion I should use which will help with my pale skin and anyone who has experienced the same situation as me would be great.
